Sniffer Dog at Gandhi's Memorial, What about Dog rights.

Now this is double standard. Most of the Indians insult Mahatma Gandhi everyday - u know he is in everyone's pocket.
Anyway that's different matter. What is more important is that nobody is thinking about the rights of Dogs. Hey where is Maneka Gandhi or is she quite just because she has a common second name with Mahatma Gandi.
One of the security guard even said Dog is paying homage to your Father of the Nation.
Right enough.
Dos'nt your dogs do the same. But dogs have the nasty habbit of pissing in the other dog's land and what happens then. Other dogs simply start barking and when that dog leaves after pissing, they simply piss again over that pissed spot.
That's called the reclaiming of your pissing land.
